  • Upon full payment for web design services, ownership of the final website design and content (excluding third-party tools or proprietary code) will be transferred to the client.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and brand assets as required.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in the invoice (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
  • Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or project delays.

5. SEO Disclaimer

While we use industry-best practices to improve your search engine rankings, Adeasy does not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., “Number 1 on Google”). Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results can vary based on competition and industry trends.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adeasy, nor any of its directors or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Adeasy from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
