Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adeasy, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and web design services. Because our work involves custom strategy, manual labor, and non-refundable third-party costs (like domain registration or software licenses), we have established the following policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Subscriptions: Monthly marketing or SEO services may be cancelled by providing 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Project-Based Work: If a project (such as a website build) is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Advance Payments: Any “Setup Fee” or “Advance Deposit” (typically 50% for web design) is non-refundable once the project kickoff meeting has occurred or research/design work has started.
  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, milestones approved by the client, or monthly SEO/Marketing work already performed.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid for third-party services (such as Google Ads spend, Premium Plugins, Domain names, or Hosting) are strictly non-refundable as these are paid directly to external vendors.

3. Service Disputes

If you are unhappy with the quality of a specific deliverable, we offer a revision period (as outlined in your service agreement). We are committed to working with you to make it right, but dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle a client to a full refund of labor costs.

4. SEO & Ranking Results

As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Adeasy does not offer refunds based on search engine ranking fluctuations. SEO is an ongoing process influenced by third-party algorithms (like Google), and we cannot guarantee specific financial returns or permanent positions.

5. Website Maintenance

If a client chooses to terminate a website maintenance plan, the service will continue until the end of the current paid month. No partial refunds will be given for unused days within that month.
